These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of One OS, Inc. ("One OS", "we") products, services, and website. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using One OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using One OS on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.
2. Use of the service
You may use One OS only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account, your workspace data, and the activity of users you invite.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed per active seat, monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; changes are prorated.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to send unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Termination & liability
You may stop using One OS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. The service is provided “as is,” and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
