Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Changes are prorated automatically.
Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You keep your data if you decide not to upgrade.
What counts as a team member?
Any user with a seat in your workspace. Pending invites don't count until they're accepted.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual billing saves 20%. We also offer discounts for startups, nonprofits, and education — reach out to sales.
How does billing work?
You're billed per active seat, monthly or annually. Invoices and receipts are available in Settings → Billing.
